New FMCSA Pre-employment process for ITSA clients! FMCSA Pre-employment drug testing Auto-Add (which automatically adds a
donor to your roster after a negative drug test) will be turned off April 1st, 2026.
We’re making this change to ensure Clearinghouse requirements don’t get overlooked, and to
prevent an employee from being added to your roster without the required background check.
To add an employee to your roster you must go into your portal and add the donor from
the negative pre-employment test result in your ITSA Portal account.
