BEFORE STARTING THE TRAINING, PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING:

• 49 CFR Part 40 and be familiar with regulatory language

REVIEW DOT REGULATIONS THAT PERTAIN TO YOUR PROGRAM:

• FMCSA regulation is 49 CFR Part 382
• FRA regulation is 49 CFR Part 219
• FAA regulation is 14 CFR Part 120
• FTA regulation is 49 CFR Part 655
• PHMSA regulation is 49 CFR Part 199
• USCG regulation is 46 CFR Parts 4, 5, and 16
• Drug and Alcohol Testing Procedures are 49 CFR Part 40

AFTER REVIEWING REGULATIONS THAT PERTAIN TO YOU AND YOUR COMPANY:

1. Take the course Pre-Test to show how familiar you are with the subject.
2. Complete all the lessons and activities.
3. Take the final quiz.
4. Access the certificate of completion after taking the final quiz and receiving a passing score – otherwise contact trainer to retake the quiz.
