We would like to provide you with information about our ITSA web portal and several new features we have designed to further enhance the security of your screening program and employee’s personal information. In the portal you can retrieve test results, copies of custody and control forms (CCFs), alcohol tests and background checks (if applicable).
You will be provided a username and temporary password to access our web portal. Once you are signed in you will be directed to change your password. You may also change your username at this time as well.
When a background check or test result is completed, a “Web Alert Email” with a link to the web portal is sent to retrieve the results. The donor/employee name may or may not be displayed on the Web Alert email. Changes to employee rosters can also be performed in the web portal. You will be able to inactivate employees who are no longer employed or add new employees to update your employee roster prior to the new random selection period.
