The ITSA portal is your window to test results, employee information, random selection lists, collection sites, orders and reports! An ITSA staff member will create an ID and password for your Designated Employee Representative (DER) to access the Web portal. Your assigned account in the portal will allow viewing and reprinting MRO result letters, locating in-network clinics, and roster maintenance among many other items.
